Older people to see benefits of online networking
Older people are to be shown how using the internet can provide them with opportunities to make new friends while keeping in touch with family at home and abroad.
Age Concern’s myfriends online week, between 16 and 20 March, will demonstrate the many social benefits of using technology.
The event sets out to inspire and inform those older people who currently don’t enjoy the advantages that interactive technology can bring.
